Fairway Villas in Fuerteventura are set on the breathtaking PGA golf course, Las Salinas. The villas are nestled on the perimeter of the fairway with stunning views of the course and distant views to the sea. The golf course provides the ideal setting for villas in Fuerteventura due to its pretty surroundings and proximity to Caleta de Fuste. The beautiful golden sandy beach of Castillo is only a 10 minute walk away where visitors can enjoy a variety of water sports such as jet-skis, wind surfing, diving and snorkeling as well as fishing trips and catamaran rides. The busy resort of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes are a 40 minute drive away and the Atlantic Shopping Centre which has a good selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants is with a 5 minute walk.
Standing on a large plots of approximately 800 square metres, Fairway Villas offers spacious, landscaped gardens, terraces and patio areas to all four sides. The properties have heating swimming pools measuring approximately 9m x 4m, furnished with sunloungers and patio furniture and a BBQ so that guests can enjoy al-fresco dining.

This is one of very few developments offering five bedroomed villas in Fuerteventura. These single level properties are of a modern design with either three or four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large lounge, a dining area and a fully fitted separate kitchen.
The lounges provide an LCD Satellite TV and a DVD Player. Fairway Villa's modern kitchens are particularly well equipped with a kettle, toaster, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Each property has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a shower room and either two, three or four further bedrooms with twin beds. The villas also provide a washing machine, ironing facilities, a hairdryer and off road parking for two cars. A complimentary welcome pack is provided on arrival.
Maid service, towels and linen are provided weekly.
The 3 bedroomed villas sleep a maximum of 6 guests and the 4 bedroom villas will accommodate up to 8 people.
Please note that a €250 refundable, cash security deposit will be held in resort against accidental damage.
