The Elba Hotel is within a minutes walk and here guests can enjoy hairdressing facilities, an excellent restaurant, and bar. There is also a bus service that runs from the Elba Hotel to nearby amenities and the resort of Caleta de Fuste.The newly opened Atlantico Commercial Centre which offers boutiques, a multi-lingual cinema, a large supermarket and a selection of cafes and restaurants is approximately a twenty five minute walk from Las Rocas as is the nearest beach. Each villa enjoys a beautiful patio area which surrounds the large private swimming pool. Although the pool sizes vary, the minimum pool size is kidney shaped and measures 4m x 8m. The pools are electrically heated during the winter months (max. 26 degrees) and sit amidst sunbathing terraces that are furnished with a dining table and chairs, sunloungers and a BBQ for al-fresco dining. Each villa also has a roof top terrace with views over the golf course and out towards the sea. Inside, the villas are beautifully decorated and feel light and spacious throughout. There is a large living room and a dining area with patio doors which lead out to the pool area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and there are a further two or three twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom. These properties are some of very few villas in Fuerteventura that offer the option of air-conditioning (additional charge). If required, this facility must be requested prior to the reservation being made.
Towels and linen are changed weekly.
