Casa Gwarder is the perfect choice of villas in Fuerteventura for those seeking tranquillity and privacy in a quiet setting, yet is only 10 minutes drive from the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Corralejo and some of the best unspoilt sand and surf beaches in Europe.
Set in the foothills, Casa Gwarder nestles in the small hamlet of Los Risquetes, some 5km from the town of Villa Verde.
The property boasts fantastic panoramic views across a dramatic red and brown volcanic landscape to the white sand dunes of the national park and then across the sea to the island of Los Lobos and Lanzarote beyond.
The central courtyard and the adjoining swimming pool and patio at the rear of the property look towards the stunning mountain slopes. The spacious patio is equipped with sun loungers, patio furniture, a sun canopy and a stone barbecue and is surrounded by attractive, private gardens.
Large double barn-style doors lead you out to the pool patio which boasts a two-level solar heated swimming pool. The circular shaped upper pool is perfect for younger guests and the water cascades down from here into the main figure-8 shaped pool (overall dimensions 8m x 4m).
The villa gives guests a superb opportunity to relax by a private pool and experience total quiet and tranquility.

Casa Gwarder is one of our privately owned villas in Fuerteventura. This 3 bedroom villa is furnished to a very good standard, reflecting the unique architecture of the property.
The main rooms all open onto a central round courtyard which provides shelter a delightful sun trap. There are also areas for those who prefer a shady spot.
The villa offers a kitchen area with a large fridge/freezer, a gas oven and hob, a sink unit and a range of built in cupboards and marble work surfaces, a dining area which seats 6 around a traditional style timber table and a sitting area with cushioned sofas and easy chairs, a TV, video, DVD player and a CD music centre.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are accessed from the central courtyard. One is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other is a double bedroom with access to a family bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also provides access to a second smaller courtyard.
Off the smaller courtyard is the third bedroom. This provides twin beds, a second door into the family bathroom and access to the utility room which has a washing machine. (Please note that this bedroom, the family bathroom and the utility room are accessed through the double bedroom which is useful for parents who can rest assured that children using this room are secure and cannot wander off to the pool area unattended.)
A complimentary welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival. The villa also provides a pram and travel cot.
