Casa Tartaruga is a single storey, detatched house, situated right on the coast with fantastic sea-views and easy access to the beach. The property is ideally located just a 15 minute walk from the main street in Corralejo, which provides the ideal resort for villas in Fuerteventura due to its extensive facilities and beautiful beaches. The villa is also within an easy 15 minute walk from the lovely Galera beach or 10 minutes to the start of the famous sand dunes. There is also a local restaurant and a supermarket within a 5 minute walk of the property. The villa has a delightful, rectangular, sheltered swimming pool, with steps for easy access and measures approximately 5m x 2.5m with a depth of 1.2m. There is also an attractive Canarian-style garden and an outdoor eating area for al-fresco dining. The villa also provides sunloungers.
At the back of the house there is another Canarian-style garden with a spacious patio that overlooks the sea, providing wonderful views. This provides the idea spot for sunbathing, al-fresco dining or just enjoying a peaceful moment with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the lovely sea-views. Casa Tartaruga is one of our most popular two bedroomed villas in Fuerteventura.
The property design is open-plan, offering spacious and airy accommodation.
The lounge has wonderful, uninterrupted sea-views, 2 three-seater settees, a Satellite TV, DVD player and a CD/tape/tuner Mini-System. Sliding doors from the lounge area give access to the back patio. There is a also a separate dining area off the lounge, with a dining table and four chairs.
The very well equipped galley-style kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, a full oven, microwave cooker, large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric blender, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. Casa Tartaruga provides a double bedroom with amazing sea-views and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. Casa Tartaruga sleeps up to 4 people.
