LOCATION
Villas Las Casitas is a small group of high quality villas in Fuerteventura occupying a prime location. Set in pretty gardens each villa has a private heated swimming pool and provides the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. There is a supermarket and a small choice of restaurants and bars within a 100m walk and central Corralejo, the Galera Beach and the start of the sand dune beaches are about a fifteen to twenty minute walk away. The new Sports and Leisure centre which offers a variety of facilities including a children's park, mini-golf, water park and restaurants etc. is just a 10 minute walk away. A nearby bus stop provides a regular bus service to the sand dunes. From the nearby harbour guests can enjoy many excursions, including glass bottom boat trips, submarine and Catamaran sailing. There is also a regular ferry to the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and Lobos. In fact, Corralejo provides the ideal resort for villas in Fuerteventura due to its extensive facilities and beautiful beaches. We also have an arrangement with the nearby Atlantis Fuerteventura Resort Hotel, which allows our clients access to the hotel's facilities, including 7 swimming pools.

EXTERNAL
A sunbathing terrace surrounds the private 6m x 3m, electrically heated swimming pool (extra charge for heating) which has Roman steps. A patio dining table, a traditional Canarian barbecue and colourful sub-tropical plants complete the charming outdoor atmosphere. Steps lead up the side of the house to a beautiful roof terrace which has sunbeds and a parasol.

INTERNAL
Villas Las Casitas are definitely some of our most sought after villas in Fuerteventura. Inside, the properties are furnished to a high standard. Each provides a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms which share a family bathroom. In a number of properties, the third bedroom provides a single bed with a companion pull out bed underneath. If you prefer a third bedroom with twin beds this must be stipulated prior to booking. There is also a very large and comfortably furnished lounge/dining area which is equipped with a 25" Satellite TV, a DVD player and a mini Hi-Fi system and a fully fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Each villa also provides a washing machine, ironing facilities and a safe.
Cleaning and towel changes are provided every four days and linen is changed weekly.
The villas will accommodate a maximum of 6 adults & 1 infant.
