Set within the sought after Brisas Del Mar community, this delightful, modern villa has been thoughtfully designed with all of the accommodation surrounding the gardens and pool, in a pretty courtyard style. The property offers a good location to the resort centre, which can be found within a 15 minute walk or, for the less energetic, there is a taxi rank located close by. The fabulous dunes and the town beaches are also within walking distance and local activities include wind surfing, kite surfing, surfing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Thre is also a supermarket, restaurants, bars and a bakery nearby.
The villas pool is set amidst an attractive sunbathing area and various terraces. The swimming pool measures 5m x 3m and has Roman style steps for easy access. There is also a covered pergola that has been furnished with a Teak table and chairs to provide the idea spot for taking shade during the day and for eating "al fresco" in the evening.

The villa is set on one level and is particularly well equipped and decorated. The living room has two sofas, a TV, DVD and CD player, a Stereo and an intergrated sound system to plug in your MP3 via phone leads. There is also a selection of DVDs and CDs for guests use as well as a small selection of books. The kitchen provides a hob, an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a dining table. The master bedroom has a double bed, a built in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a hairdryer, shower and Jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, a built in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The villa also provides a utility room with a washing machine, a sink and ironing facilities. Maid service, cleaning, laundry and towels are provided weekly.
