LOCATION
The Villas Las Margaritas is a selection of beautifully furnished, semi-detached houses with private pools located in the popular resort of Corralejo. The villas are within walking distance of the resort facilities with a supermarket and a restaurant just a 2 minute stroll away. The villas are also within a 2 minute walk of a local bus stop from where there is a half hourly service into the town centre and to the famous sand dune beaches. For those preferring to walk, the main street in Corralejo can be reached in 20 minutes and the Galera Beach in only 15 minutes. Corralejo provides the ideal resort for villas in Fuerteventura due to its extensive facilities and beautiful beaches. We also have an arrangement with the nearby Atlantis Fuerteventura Resort Hotel, which allows our clients access to the hotel's facilities, including 7 swimming pools.

EXTERNAL
Each of these villas in Fuerteventura has a private swimming pool measuring approximately 6.5m x 3.5m. The pools are electrically heated between November and June for which there is an additional charge. The swimming pool terraces are equipped with four sunloungers, a sun umbrella, and a barbecue so that guests can enjoy al-fresco dining. INTERNAL
There are very few 2 bedroomed villas in Fuerteventura so Villas Las Margaritas are a rare find. Internally, the villas provide an excellent standard of living accommodation and comprise:-
Ground Floor - an open-plan lounge/dining room with a four seater dining table, a 25” Satellite TV, a DVD player, a Music System with a CD and tape player and doors which open out onto a patio with a table and four chairs, overlooking the swimming pool terrace; a separate kitchen with a hob, full oven, microwave cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and a toaster; an outside utility area with a washing machine and ironing facilities; a shower room.
First Floor - one bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a small balcony; a master bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes; a large bathroom. For guest's comfort, all of the bedrooms have fans and the windows are also fitted with mosquito netting so that they can be left open on hot nights. There is also a safety deposit box for valuables.
Cleaning and towel changes are provided twice weekly and linen is changed weekly.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults & 1 infant (under 2yrs).
