Villas Del Sol is a lovely development of 14 stylish, semi-detached properties situated midway between the popular resort of Corralejo (1.5km) and the quaint fishing village of El Cotillo (3km). The villas are located on a new village development called La Capellania (also known as Tamaragua), which offers a host of facilities including a large supermarket, a cafe/restaurant and a bar. La Capellania is situated in a fantastic location surrounded by
some of the best beaches in the world, along with the famous sand dunes and is therefore extremely popular for villas in Fuerteventura. It is only a 5 minute drive to the main resort of Corralejo, which as well as offering a superb selection of shops, restaurants and bars also offers a host of facilities such as wind/kite surfing, golf, diving, snorkling and boat trips to Los Lobos and
Lanzarote.
The villas are designed in a traditional Canarian style and each property has a private, fresh-water swimming pool, a patio and a small garden. There is also a generous supply of sunloungers, parasols and garden furniture. For those who enjoy al-fresco dining there is a BBQ and a barbeque area with seating. These are beautiful villas in Fuerteventura.

The Villas del Sol are airy and spacious villas in fuerteventura and provide a large living area with a TV, DVD player and a Mini Audio system and a dining area with seating for up to five guests. The dining area opens out onto a large patio which provides the ideal spot for al-fresco dining. There are also two bedrooms which are equipped with fans, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, an electric coffee maker & kettle and a toaster. The villa also provides a separate utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities, a hairdryer, a safe and off street parking.
Maid service and towel changes are provided every four days and bed linen is changed weekly.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults, 1 child (2-12yrs) & 1 infant (under 2yrs). Cots are provided free of charge for infants.
A fabulous location and excellent value for villas in Fuerteventura.
Car hire is recommended at this property.
