LOCATION
This superb, modern villa has been designed in an authentic Canarian style and offers a high standard of accommodation. This is one of very few large villas in Fuerteventura. Casa de Peidras is located on the edge of the charming, village of Villaverde and is set in large private grounds. Villaverde is the ideal location for villas in Fuerteventura due to its quiet setting, close to beautiful beaches. The nearest restaurant is a five-minute walk and there is also a supermarket nearby. The centre of Villaverde can be reached within a few minutes drive and has several restaurants, bars, a supermarket and two small country hotels which serve excellent cuisine. Corralejo is a 12 minute drive away and has a new water park, a market and an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also the location of the world famous dune beaches. A 12 minute drive will also take guests to the stunning, unspoilt, aquamarine, lagoon beaches of El Cotillo.

EXTERNAL
This extensive property is accessed via electric gates and has ample parking. Patio doors from the living room lead out to a covered dining terrace overlooking the 10m x 5m electrically heated swimming pool, which is entered by Roman steps. It is surrounded by a large sun bathing terrace with sunbeds and a poolside shower. This beautiful setting together with patio dining furniture and a built-in Canarian BBQ provide a perfect setting for al-fresco meals and many hours of relaxation.

INTERNAL
Casa de Piedras offers the perfect choice of villas in Fuerteventura. This spacious, single-storey villa has high, wooden, vaulted ceilings and feels light and airy throughout. It has a good sized living room with leather seating, original wooden sculptures, ceiling fans and patio doors leading to the terrace. There is a separate dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances and access to a utility room. Casa de Piedras has four attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing area, TV/DVD, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate walk-in hydro shower. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with a ceiling fan and TV/DVD. The fourth bedroom has twin beds. There is a family shower room with a hydro-shower and a separate cloakroom. For guests staying longer than one week there is a weekly maid service and mid-week towel change. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
