LOCATION
This excellent villa is in a very charming, rural setting with wide views of the countryside and the nearby mountains. It is on the edge of the traditional, Canarian village of Villa Verde and is within a few minutes walking distance of the nearest restaurant and supermarket. Villaverde offers the perfect setting for villas in Fuerteventura due to its location close to beautiful beaches. The village of Villa Verde has several restaurants, bars, a supermarket and two small country hotels which serve excellent cuisine. Only a fifteen-minute drive takes you to the beautiful, unspoilt, lagoon beach at El Cotillo or to Corralejo. Corralejo is the main resort in the North of Fuerteventura and has a water park, a market and an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also the location of the world famous dune beaches.

EXTERNAL
Villa Pania has patio doors from the living room that lead to the large, south-facing garden, which has views over the surrounding countryside. A sun-bathing terrace, with eight sun beds, surrounds the heated, kidney shaped swimming pool. The pool measures 5m x 3m at its widest points and is entered by Roman steps. Al-fresco dining furniture is placed in a protected sun trap and provides an idyllic venue for relaxing meals in the warm, Fuerteventura climate. This villa also benefits from a roof terrace with excellent rural views. It is surrounded by a high wall and is ideal for private sunbathing. INTERNAL
Villa Pania is a lovely, two storey, spacious villa that offers a very high standard of holiday accommodation. This is one of very few large villas in Fuerteventura. It is light, bright and stylishly decorated throughout. There is a large living room with a beautiful, high wood ceiling, a CD player, 38” flat screen Satellite TV, a DVD player and patio doors to the terrace. The dining room is partially separated from the living area and has seating for eight. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full oven, ceramic hob, microwave, a coffee machine and a serving hatch to the dining room. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine. Villa Pania has four good-sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms that share a shower room. The villa is equipped with a central vacuum system, two electric fans and two electric heaters.
