Villaverde is a small traditional village situated in the north of Fuerteventura near to the hamlet of Lajares and only a short drive from the main resort of Corralejo. Within the village are several restaurants and bars, two supermarkets and two small, country hotels which serve excellent cuisine. A 15 minute drive will take guests to the stunning, unspoilt, aquamarine lagoons beaches of El Cotillo and the equally spectacular dune beaches just outside Corralejo can be reached within a ten minute drive. The centre of Corralejo with its new waterpark, twice weekly market and an excellent selection of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities is a 15 minute drive away. Villaverde is the ideal location for villas in Fuerteventura due to its beautiful, unspoilt setting, close to a choice of stunning beaches. Transfer time 40 minutes.
