This lovely 5 bedroomed, air conditioned villa has it's own private, solar heated pool. It is conveniently situated just 15 minutes from the airport in the exclusive area of San Agustin, adjoining Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas and is only a short walk from all local facilities which include a supermarket, restaurants, bus and taxi services. The beach of San Agustin with its calm waters is approximately a 10 minute walk away and the nightlife of Playa del Ingles and the Yumbo Centre are just a 3 minute drive away. San Agustin is the perfect choice for villas in Gran Canaria if you are looking for a convenient location with access to good facilities and excellent beaches.
Villa Flora has its own private solar heated pool, which has recently been upgraded. The pool is served by a sun terrace that is furnished with sun loungers, a parasol and garden furniture. There are lovely sea views from the villa's pool area and terraces and private car parking is also available.

This attractive five bedroomed villa offers the ideal accommodation. The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, iron, washing machine and a microwave. The lounge offers comfortable seating and has a Satellite TV, DVD, video and a Hi-Fi unit. The villa has five bedrooms. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom. Downstairs is a further twin bedroom, a double bedroom, a shower room and a cloakroom. For guests additional comfort, Villa Flora provides air conditioning (additional charge). There is a weekly maid, towel and linen service. The villa will not accommodate single sex parties. Villa Flora sleeps up to 10 people.
