A very attractive villa situated in central Costa Teguise. Stylish and well appointed, the property is within easy walking distance of the beautiful Las Cucharas beach, which is popular for its wind surfing facilities and surrounding restaurants, bars and shops. Costa Teguise is a very popular resort for clients seeking villas in Lanzarote due to its lovely beach and excellent facilities.
Very well furnished in a traditional style, the villa is built on two levels in its own garden. It has large terraces on both the lower and upper levels enabling guests to enjoy sunbathing and the coastal view. The rectangular swimming pool measures 5m x 3m and is solar heated.

The accommodation sleeps up to 9 and comprises of:
On the lower level is a split level lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas, a dining table and chairs and large picture windows overlooking the pool and garden. The separate kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, table and chairs, and a fridge/freezer (a washing machine is located in area outside). There is also a TV room equipped with digital television and comfortable sofas, plus a twin bedroom and separate cloakroom.
On the upper level is the master double bedroom with attractive wooden flooring, a TV, en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a large balcony with sea views. Also situated on this level is a further twin bedroom, a bathroom and a childrens bedroom with one twin bed and a further pull out bed.
There is a weekly maid service and linen change and a mid week towel change.
For large parties this villa can be booked with the neighbouring villa, Villa Ellen to accommodate 16 people. Villas Cucharas and Ellen are an excellent choice from our portfolio of villas in Lanzarote. Villa Cucharas sleeps up to 9 people.
