Villa Patricia has a kidney shaped, solar heated, plunge pool that measures 7m x 2.5m with a depth of 1.5m. The pool area is completely private with access from either the garden or the main bedroom. There are open and covered terraces surrounded by mature gardens and a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining.

The villa also provides ironing facilities and maid service is provided twice weekly.
