Due to its size, Casa Chloe is one of our most sought after villas in Lanzarote. This large, two storey villa, which sleeps up to 20 people is in a peaceful country location with breathtaking views to the sea. It is only a 5 minute drive to the lovely old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen, beautiful golden beaches and the superb international marina at Puerto Calero with it’s many good restaurants. There are a number of facilities within walking distance of the villa including 5 restaurants, 2 bars and 2 supermarkets.
Outside, there is a colourful sub-tropical garden and a lovely 7m x 4m private swimming pool, surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces which are walled and gated. From the terraces there are outstanding views to the sea and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. Adjacent to the swimming pool area there is a games room with a pool table, table tennis, dart board and a built in bar with
running water and a fridge. The games room also contains a washing machine. There is also an area set aside for small children which includes a sandpit, Wendy house and a slide. Guests are also able to take advantage of a built in BBQ for al-fresco dining.

Inside, it is a comfortable and very spacious villa, which has recently been refurbished and has a modern airy feel about it. There is an attractive living room with a Satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo and a separate large dining room. The separate kitchen is well-equipped for large groups with a ceramic oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a dishwasher.
The villa has eight bedrooms. On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and two full bathrooms. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and doors that lead out to a terrace with fantastic sea views. The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a Jacuzzi bath.
There is a weekly maid service, linen and towel change.
Maximum occupancy is 20 guests.
Up to 16 guests can be accommodated in the 8 bedrooms, thereafter additional beds can be provided in the lounge and games room. As Casa Chloe is one of our largest villas in Lanzarote, early booking is advised.
One of very few 8 bedroomed villas in Lanzarote. Excellent choice for large parties or families. Fabulous views.
