Villa Finca Tranquillo is one of our lovingly restored villas in Lanzarote. Located in Macher this charming, single storey villa is full of character and offers extremely spacious, private holiday accommodation. It is ideally situated in a tranquil rural location, but is only a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to the old harbour area of Puerto del Carmen. There is a small selection of local bars, restaurants and a local shop within easy walking distance of the villa. The exclusive marina of Puerto Calero, which offers a very good selection of restaurants, is also only a 10 minute drive away. Boat trips and excursions run regularly from both Puerto Calero and the old harbour in Puerto del Carmen.
The private, walled courtyard and large, heated pool make this villa ideal for guests who enjoy making the most of the Lanzarote sun.
The private, kidney shaped swimming pool has Roman steps, is electrically heated from November to April (inclusive) and is 9m x 5m at its widest point. The pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace which is furnished with ample sunbeds. There are two wooden pergolas which offer guests protected, shaded areas. A very large built-in barbeque and patio table and chairs make this villa ideal for guests who enjoy al-fresco dining. This is the perfect choice of villas in Lanzarote for those seeking peace and tranquility but with a host of facilities within easy reach.

Finca Tranquillo has been sympathetically restored and has retained a great deal of its original charm. All of the rooms are spacious and have been decorated and furnished with a traditional Canarian feel. Patio doors lead into the living area which is comfortably furnished. The large kitchen is well equipped and incorporates a dining area with seating for six guests. The villa has three bedrooms which are all en-suite and are all accessed via the courtyard. For 2 people the master bedroom is available with a double bed and large, fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is spacious, has an internal garden feature and a full size bath with overhead shower attachment. The other bedrooms are available for parties of 3 or more with both having twin beds and each has an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower. For an extra charge all bedrooms can be made available for smaller parties. The layout of the bedrooms means that small children would be better suited to share the master bedroom with their parents. Finca Tranquillo can accommodate 6 people in the existing bedrooms and 2 additional children under 12 on fold-a-way beds.
There is a weekly maid service, linen and towel change.
