Situated only a few minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen in the quiet village of Macher, this property enjoys magnificent views of the Femes mountains and across the sea to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The villa is beautifully appointed and provides ideal accommodation for families or groups. Access to the property is via a long driveway from a cul de sac, bordered by a lava rock garden on one side and a mature garden on the other. In addition to the garden surrounding the house, this property boasts one of the few grass lawns on the island.
The spacious terraces are on two levels with both open and covered areas. On the upper terrace there is a gate which can be closed off to stop children going down to the pool unsupervised. The 8m by 4m swimming pool on the lower level is acclimatised during the winter months, with solar heating all year round. With its gated pool area and lawned garden, Villa Nicola is the perfect choice of villas in Lanzarote for families with young children.

One of our privately owned villas in Lanzarote, Villa Nicola sleeps up to 8 people and consists of an attractively furnished, split level lounge and dining room with a digital TV (limited channels) and dining table and 8 chairs. This area leads onto a sheltered terrace that is ideal for enjoying the warm summer evenings.
There is also a modern, fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and a table and chairs, a separate utility room with a washing machine, 2 twin bedrooms, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a full bathroom and a master double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open onto the terrace.
There is a weekly maid service and linen change and a mid week towel change.
Villa Nicola sleeps up to 10 people.
A good standard villa with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday.
Car hire is essential at this property.
