This quaint, pretty, hamlet has views across the hillside to the coastal town of Costa Tequise, which is just a ten minute drive away. A five minute drive from the resort will take visitors to the magnificent, ancient, capital, Teguise, which is the venue for a vast, Sunday Market and which is well worth a visit. The lovely, tranquil capital town also contains some excellent restaurants and speciality shops, small art galleries and museums and shops selling local artists’ work. A fifteen minute drive from Oasis de Nazaret will also take you to the lovely old village of Haria, set in the "valley of the 1000 palms" a lush green expanse, set in an usually barren landscape. Oasis de Nazaret itself is a haven of peace and tranquility and, despite being low key as far as restaurants, shops and bars are concerned, it is home to the famous restaurant, Lag O Mar, which is built into the volcanic hillside and offers gourmet dining in a beautiful setting. This area is the ideal retreat for those who are seeking villas in Lanzarote where they can switch off and unwind in a tranquil location away from the tourist areas. Transfer time 20 minutes.
