This 5 bedroom villa is located in the Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca with an elevated position that provides excellent views toward the southern coastline and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.
Built in 2002, Villa Montana Roja offers style and comfort in one of the most sought after areas of the resort and is a very popular choice from our portfolio of villas in Lanzarote. The popular beach of Playa Flamingo is approximately 4 minutes away by car. The centre of the resort is a short 5 minute drive away where guests will find a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
The beautiful protected beaches of Papagayo are situated just outside the resort. These are the best beaches that the island has to offer and can be reached by a short car journey.
The villa has extensive terraces surrounding a large rectangular 11m by 5m pool, which is solar heated throughout the year. The pool depth is graduated and has 2 metal ladders for access.
The villa is built on three levels and benefits from both open and covered terraces with a built in BBQ and seating area.

Villa Montana Roja is one of very few 5 bedroomed villas in Tenerife and comprises:-
Upper level:
Master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lounge/study area, a dressing room and patio doors leading to an upper sun terrace with outstanding sea views.
Lower level:
Two twin bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room and the other with a bathroom) with terrace doors leading to the garden; large playroom with full size table tennis table.
Ground level:
Dining area with table and seating for 12 people and doors opening onto the terrace; lounge with comfortable seating, Satellite TV (limited channels), CD player, video player and video tapes; very well equipped kitchen with split level electric oven island, breakfast bar with hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and patio doors leading to pool; utility room with washing machine and drying area; twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with an adjoining shower room. All rooms on this level have patio doors to the pool.
There is a weekly maid service, linen and towel change.
Villa Montana Roja sleeps up to 11 people.
