This modern, detached, 4 bedroomed villa is one of our privately owned villas in Lanzarote. Sitting in an enviable position next to the grand entrance of the Gran Melia Volcan Hotel by the Marina Rubicon. The nearest beach is a beautiful unspoilt pebble beach which is perfect for snorkelling and swimming. The next beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. The villa's seafront location means that guests can stroll to the beaches, bars and restaurants at any time and car hire is not deemed necessary. This property commands one of the best locations for villas in Lanzarote.
As well as its ideal location, Villa Volcan also has the most delightful, private swimming pool and sun terraces. The large pool, which is acclimatised from November to April inclusive has Roman style steps for easy access and is surrounded by spacious terraces, generously furnished with sunloungers. There is also an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and seating for up to 12 guests.

The villa is extremely spacious and is spread over three floors. On the ground floor guests will find a large lounge with two settees, picture windows that maximise the views to the poolside, a TV with English channels, a DVD player with a selection of films, a CD player and a radio. Also located on this level is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a dining area with seating for 10 guests and a modern, fully equipped kitchen offering a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a door to an outside BBQ area, which is nestled below a pergola. On the upper level there is an extensive wardrobe area and a large, double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and picture windows with the most wonderful sea and mountain views. Patio doors lead to a roof terrace which has a table and chairs for two. On the lower level there is a bedroom with bunk beds and a further lounge with settees, a Hi-Fi and a double futon for two extra guests. There is also a utility room with ironing facilities and a games area with table football and a full sized pool table. This is one of our very few villas in Lanzarote that feature a games room. Although car hire is not needed at this property, there is a gated driveway with space for two vehicles. Volcan sleeps up to 9 people.
