LOCATION
This newly built, modern style detached property is perfectly located in the popular Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen and is one of our most popular villas in Lanzarote. The main avenida and beach, as well as the atmospheric old town and harbour, are only a few minutes walk away. Puerto del Carmen is an excellent location for villas in Lanzarote due to its excellent facilities and lovely beaches.

EXTERNAL
The villa has its own 4m x 2.5m swimming pool which is surrounded by open and covered sunbathing terraces with a portable BBQ.

INTERNAL
Casa Alana is an excellent choice from our portfolio of villas in Lanzarote. On the ground floor is a beautifully furnished lounge/diner with leather sofas, digital TV, video and CD Player. Patio doors open onto the terrace and pool. The well equipped modern kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and a toaster. A hallway leads to a twin bedroom and family bathroom as well as a utility room with a washing machine.

Upstairs is reached via a marble staircase that leads to a double bedroom with a balcony enjoying views towards the sea and a large shower room.
There is a weekly maid service and linen change and a mid week towel change.
