This attractive, spacious villa is situated in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen.
The old town, harbour and main avenida are all within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Enjoying views towards the Rubicon mountain range, the property enjoys an enviable location.
The villa is situated within its own grounds with an inviting 6m x 3m private pool which is solar heated during the summer and electrically heated during the winter months. Open and covered terraces surround the pool which are generously furnished with sun loungers, parasols and comfortable patio furniture. The property also provides a BBQ and an outside dining area, enabling guests to make the most of al-fresco dining during the warm evenings.

The villa, which is built all on one level is well equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout. Casa Thomson is particularly light and airy with large, spacious rooms. The lounge/dining room has leather sofas, a Satellite TV, DVD player, a music system, a four seater dining table and patio doors leading out to the pool. The kitchen is nicely appointed and modern with light wood fittings. It is particularly well equipped and contains a large fridge/freezer, an electric oven, ceramic hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a breakfast table. A utility room provides a washing machine and ironing facilities. All of the bedrooms are prettily decorated and furnished. The master, double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead out onto the terrace. There are two further bedrooms, both with twin beds and a family bathroom. Casa Thomson has a safe and is also fully alarmed. Casa Thomson sleeps up to 7 people.
