LOCATION
Situated in a quiet cul de sac in the popular residential area of Los Mojones, which is the one of the main areas for villas in Lanzarote. Casavon offers everything needed for a quiet relaxing holiday. The old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen with its good selection of fish restaurants, shops and bars is approximately a 10 minute walk away and the new town and avenida with its long sandy beach can be reached in 20 minutes. The villa is in an elevated position and enjoys lovely mountain and sea views.

EXTERNAL
The style of the villa is rustic with most rooms opening out onto the sun terrace and pool area. The private swimming pool measures 7m x 4m and has Roman style steps for easy access. It also has electric heating during the winter months for guests additional comfort and enjoyment making this a great choice of villas in Lanzarote all year round. The pool area has large, open and covered terraces with sea views, sunloungers and a shower. There is also a BBQ, outside dining area and a large garden.

INTERNAL
Casavon is one of our spacious four bedroom villas in Lanzarote which will accommodate 8 guests. On the ground floor there is an elevated dining area with a large wooden table and chairs, a comfortable lounge with a rustic fireplace, leather sofas, a Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, portable music system with a CD player and terrace doors that lead out to the pool area. Also located on this level is a large twin bedroom, a shower room and a spacious fitted kitchen with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, a breakfast bar and terrace doors to the pool area. A hallway leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a master bedroom with a wooden floor, large walk in wardrobe, patio doors to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower. On the lower floor there is a twin bedroom with a shower room and a large utility area with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Maid service is provided twice weekly and there is off street parking.
