A beautiful, completely refurbished, three bedroom villa just a short stroll from the beaches of Puerto del Carmen. Villa Cerca Agua is situated in the very popular area of San Antonio in the resort of Puerto del Carmen, just a short stroll from the sandy beaches, retail outlets & restaurants on the main Avenida.
Set in it´s own garden, this detached property offers an inviting, rectangular shaped, private swimming pool (8m x 4m) which is electrically heated during the winter months. The pool is surrounded by a patio area where guests can relax on sun loungers or at the patio table. The pool is served by a poolside shower and the villa also provides off road parking at the front of the house should guests wish to explore the lovely island of Lanzarote.

This modern, detached villa is constructed on two levels and provides spacious accommodation. On the first floor guests will find a large lounge/diner with comfortable furnishings, a dining table and chairs, Satellite TV (limited chanels), video and DVD player, a breakfast bar that separates the dining area from the modern fitted kitchen which includes an electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer and a microwave/combi oven and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This level also has two balconies. One is very spacious and south facing, overlooking the pool with good sea views, a BBQ, patio chairs & table. The other, to the front of the property offers inland views. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, all with fitted wardrobes, a family bathroom and a separate 'solana' with a washing machine. There is a weekly maid service, linen and towel change.
Cerca Agua sleeps up to 6 people.
A perfect location for easy access to all of the resort facilities and beaches.
Car hire is not necessary at this property.
