This villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area of Los Mojones but is still within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is also only a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area with its choice of excellent local restaurants.
The grounds and external facilities of this villa are particularly lovely. The patio doors in the living room lead to a huge covered area which acts as an extension to the house which is furnished with comfortable sofas. This area overlooks the private, heated 7m x 3m swimming pool. The pool is entered by Roman steps and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces with a poolside shower. A large built in barbeque and patio furniture provide a beautiful, private setting for romantic al-fresco dining. There is also a separate walled terrace which is completely secluded and is perfect for private sunbathing.

This spacious villa is decorated to a very good standard. It has a large living room with a dining area and large French windows to the terrace. The separate kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. There are three bedrooms. The stylish master suite has a double bed made up of two adjoining single beds, an en-suite bathroom and large fitted wardrobes. There are two bedrooms with twin beds which share a shower room. There is also a guest toilet.
There is a weekly maid service, linen and towel change.
La Retirada sleeps up to 6 people.
