There are approximately 50 apartments on the complex, all of which are stylishly furnished. The apartments have a large sun terrace perfectly suited for enjoying the magnificent views of the ocean along the south coast of Lanzarote. Guests at Lago Verde will find a snack bar conveniently located next to the attractive swimming pool (heated during the winter months), sunbathing terraces and a reception. Shops, bars and a superb selection of fish restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk, with the sandy beaches being approximately 15 minutes walk away.

The accommodation consists of an attractive, well furnished lounge with Satellite TV (limited channels) and picture window leading to a balcony or terrace, a modern, well equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and breakfast bar, either one or two twin bedrooms, a well appointed bathroom with twin hand basins and a feature indoor garden.
There is a weekly maid service and linen change and a mid week towel change.
One bedroom apartments sleep up to 3 people.
Two bedroom apartments sleep up to 5 people.
