This lovely semi-detached villa is situated in the popular Los Mojones area, only a few minutes walk from both the old town with its quaint harbour and the main promenade and sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen.
The property has its own spacious sun terrace together with a private swimming pool, which is ideal for cooling off after a day's relaxation and sunbathing. The swimming pool is heated from November to April. The terraces are generously furnished so that guests can enjoy Lanzarote's lovely weather and there is also a BBQ for al-fresco dining. Children are also catered for with their own pool.

The accommodation is built on three levels and consists of a lounge/dining room with a satellite TV, video and patio doors that lead out onto the pool area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen situated on the first floor with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. Villa Ajay provides a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom on the ground floor with the second floor offering a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with open views towards the coast.
There is a weekly maid service and linen change and a mid week towel change.
Villa Ajay sleeps up to 7 people.

Car hire is not necessary at this property.
