LOCATION
Villa Canto is in an excellent, elevated position in central Puerto Del Carmen with superb panoramic views to the sea and across to Fuerteventura.

EXTERNAL
Steps from the terraces lead to the 12 x 5m kidney shaped swimming pool set in mature tropical gardens with high walls enabling you to soak up the sun in complete privacy. The pool is solar heated throughout the year and acclimatised during the winter months.
The villa is just a few minutes stroll from the golden sandy beach and perfectly situated for the main avenida of shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Del Carmen. The villa is built on two levels and has both open and covered sunbathing terraces. Guests can also enjoy the outside dining area and BBQ, there is also a large jacuzzi.



INTERNAL
On the upper level there is a twin bedroom with ceiling fan, double bedroom with patio doors leading to a large balcony and a shower room, hallway leading to the balcony.
On the Ground floor - Well furnished split level lounge with patio doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool, satellite TV, video and CD player, dining area leading to a large modern kitchen with electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, iron, kettle & toaster, utility room with washing machine, double bedroom with patio doors, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom, there is also a twin bedroom and a family bathroom on this level. All of the bedrooms and the lounge are fitted with air-conditioning which, if required, is payable locally. There is a weekly maid service and linen change and a mid week towel change.
