Villa Leo is a large, modern villa that is surrounded by spacious, mature gardens. The property enjoys great sea views and is superbly located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, just a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the nearest shops.
The property is built on two levels and has both open and covered terraces which, along with a built-in BBQ, are ideal for outdoor dining. There is a Jacuzzi as well as a spa bath built into the swimming pool.
The rectangular 8m x 5m swimming pool has electric heating and Roman style steps.
The villa has been tastefully designed with entrance gates that lead onto a fully tiled terrace which surrounds the property. Comfortable patio furniture, including sun loungers and sofas adorn the patio area, which can be illuminated at night.

The property is built on two levels and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.
Ground floor: Double doors from the covered terrace area lead through to the spacious kitchen which is fully fitted with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, an American style stainless steel fridge/freezer with a water filter and ice freezing facility. Also located on this level is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, a dining area and a large lounge with two large 3 seater sofas, a coffee table, drinks cabinet, ornate slate and marble fireplace, a CD/DVD player, Satellite TV (limited channels) and wireless access to Broadband for internet connection.
First Floor: A winding marble staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a
twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a shower room and a master double bedroom with a central fan and an an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom has sea views and overlooks the pool. There is also a large upstairs balcony which is ideal for sunbathing. Villa Leo also offers an alarm, a washing machine, off road parking and a safe.
Maid service and linen is provided weekly, with a twice weekly towel change. Villa Leo sleeps up to 8 people.
A substantial, well appointed villa, ideal for families or large parties who want to be close to the main resort.
Car hire is not necessary at this property.
