LOCATION
A beautifully furnished, detached villa located in an elevated position in Puerto Del Carmen. This property offers a high standard of comfort and magnificent views over the resort and towards the southern coastline. The harbour and lively centre of Puerto Del Carmen are approximately a 12 minute walk away.

EXTERNAL
Villa Libra features its own private, heated 8m x 3.5m rectangular swimming pool with Roman style steps. The pool is also acclimatised during the winter months. Guests can also enjoy the Spa Jacuzzi, which is located close to the pool, on the lower terrace. There are shaded areas on the upper terrace to relax and enjoy the view.

INTERNAL
The accommodation inside the villa consists of:
A stylish lounge/dining room furnished with leather sofas and equipped with a Satellite TV (limited channels), a video and CD player and terrace doors which lead to the upper terrace. There is also a separate, modern, fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and an iron. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms, one double with a Satellite TV (limited channels) and an en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom.
Towels are changed 6 days a week. Linen is changed twice weekly and Maid Service is provided twice a week.
