LOCATION
This modern villa is situated in a quiet location of Los Mojones away from the hustle and bustle of the resort yet only a 20 minute stroll to Old Town square. The square is surrounded by a number of excellent restaurants with views of the harbour and traditional fishing boats. Here, the evening brings a change in ambiance as the local music bars bring this part of the resort to life. For beaches, visitors can choose between the sandy cove in the old town or the long sandy beaches of the new town, where there is a host of restaurants and shops.

EXTERNAL
Surrounded by a traditional lava rock wall and well kept tropical gardens, Villa Oceano retains some of the classic features of the island. The villa's large rectangular swimming pool has Roman style steps for easy access and measures 7m x 4m. The pool is heated during the winter months for guests additional comfort and is surrounded by ample sunbathing terraces that have been generously equipped with sunloungers, a patio table and chairs. There is also a BBQ for al-fresco dining and a lovely outdoor Jacuzzi.

INTERNAL
The villa has three bedrooms and will accommodate 7 guests. There is a large wooden entrance door which leads to a bright spacious lounge with comfortable leather sofas, a traditional leather easy chair, a coffee table, Satellite TV (limited channels), a DVD player, an open plan dining area with a glass six seater table and a modern, fully fitted kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Double patio doors lead from both the kitchen and dining area out onto a terrace with a built in BBQ. There is also an open utility area with a washing machine and a drying area, a hallway with an enclosed feature tropical garden, two prettily furnished twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom and a master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to separate terrace and garden.
