Villa Puerto occupies a prime location in a quiet, residential area in central Puerto del Carmen. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute stroll from the abundant amenities of the lively Avenida de las Playas.
This comfortable, detached bungalow has its own small garden with a private swimming pool and sunbathing terraces to the rear. The pool is a rectangular shape, measures 5m x 3m and is solar heated during the winter months. For those who enjoy outdoor living and al-fresco dining there is a built-in BBQ.

The accommodation sleeps six guests and provides a spacious, attractively furnished lounge with a Satellite TV (limited channels), a DVD player and audio equipment. The lounge is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar and the well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and ironing facilities. A hallway leads to one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a full bathroom and a shower room. Maid service is provided twice weekly.
