This delightful villa is situated in a central area of Puerto del Carmen, within easy walking distance of the main beach and promenade with its variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Perfectly located, this very well appointed accommodation is an extremely popular choice with our clients.
Techos is a detached villa which enjoys a large, 10m x 4m rectangular swimming pool with Roman style steps for easy access. The swimming pool is heated during the winter months and the surrounding area provides a large sunbathing terrace with both open and covered areas, patio furniture, seating and sun loungers. Guests are also able to make use of a furnished dining area and a built-in barbecue.

The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people and comprises:
Ground floor entrance hall with a spiral staircase (parental discretion advised) leading to the lower ground floor, a stylishly furnished lounge/dining room with a Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD & video player and patio doors leading to the pool area, dining table & chairs; a modern and very well-equipped kitchen including island unit, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle & toaster; a double bedroom with ceiling fan and a large modern bathroom with shower. Lower ground floor with a large twin bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. At the bottom of the staircase there is an area with twin beds that will accommodate two further guests. Please note that there are no wardrobes in this area and that both the downstairs bathroom and bedroom are accessed from here. Villa Techos sleeps up to 6 people.
