Perfectly situated in a quiet cul de sac in the select area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen, this well appointed villa is ideal for those who prefer complete privacy. Despite it's quiet location, Villa Verde is only a ten minute walk from the shops and restaurants and a twenty minute stroll from the beach.
The main villa and annexe are built on one level with many open and covered terraces from where guests can enjoy both the surrounding mature garden and the sea and mountain views. This villa has a very large attractively shaped private pool measuring 12m x 5m which is solar heated throughout the year and also acclimatised during the winter months. There is also a gate to close off the pool from the garden. High volcanic rock walls surround the villa offering complete privacy. Clients also have use of a sauna and a games room (containing a table tennis table).

The villa and annexe are able to sleep up to 11 people and comprise:
Main villa
Very well furnished lounge with a satellite TV (limited channels) and patio doors leading to the main garden, a dining room, a modern kitchen with an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron and an entrance hall leading to a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are also two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an en-suite shower room. These bedrooms are accessed via an outside terrace.
Annexe
Built separately from the main house the annexe has a comfortable lounge with a satellite TV(limited channels), a kitchen with an electric oven/hob, fridge, kettle, iron and toaster and two twin bedrooms each with en suite bathroom.
There is a weekly maid service and linen change and a mid week towel change.
Villa Verde sleeps up to 11 people.
Fabulous for large parties and having the annexe still allows you some privacy.
Car hire is not necessary at this property.
