This beautifully appointed detached villa boasts magnificent mountain and sea views. Located in the quiet, exclusive area of Los Mojones, the centre of Puerto del Carmen with it's excellent fishing harbour, restaurants and long sandy beaches is only a few minutes drive away or a pleasant 15-20 minute walk.
Facing south with spacious open and covered terraces, and mature gardens, villa Vista Blancas provides a large and extremely attractive pool area with a 9m x 5m swimming pool which is acclimatised during the the winter months. The pool has Roman style steps for easy access and there is also a BBQ for al-fresco dining. The villas pool area and pretty terraces are particularly well furnished so that guests can make the most of the weather both during the daytime and the evenings. The villa also provides a children's play area with sandpit.

Villa Vista Blancas is beautifully furnished and decorated and provides spacious, airy accommodation. The property comprises:
A comfortable modern lounge with Satellite TV (including film, news and radio channels) a DVD player and a dining table and chairs; a modern kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, ceiling fan and ironing facilities; a large master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower; 2 twin bedrooms and a separate shower room.
Maid service is provided twice weekly.
Vista Blancas sleeps up to 6 people.
A superb standard of accommodation with excellent facilities and a wonderful private swimming pool.
