LOCATION
Villa Bonnie is located on the popular, residential development of Sueño Azul in the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. Callao Salvaje is the ideal location for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet setting and excellent facilities. The villa is within easy walking distance of the main area of restaurants, shops and supermarkets etc. The resort also has a selection of bars with plenty of entertainment and is well known for some exquisite restaurants. The beach itself is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling etc. The Abama and Adeje golf courses are only a ten minute drive away and the busy resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

EXTERNAL
In the villa's grounds is a lovely swimming pool which can be heated (small charge during summer) for guest's additional comfort. The pool is serviced by a poolside shower and has Roman Style steps for easy access and measures 7m x 3m. There is also a large tiled sun terrace which is furnished with sunloungers and has partial sea views. For those who enjoy al-fresco dining, there is a barbecue area with a BBQ and patio furniture.

INTERNAL
Villa Bonnie is one of very few two bedroomed villas in Tenerife. This single storey, detached villa has just been re-tiled throughout and has had two new bathrooms fitted. The accommodation comprises of a large lounge/dining room with a Satellite TV, a CD player, a DVD player and patio doors that open out onto the terrace and a fitted kitchen that has been generously equipped for self-catering and which includes an oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. The two bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. Both of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and there is also a shower room. The villa also provides a washing machine.

Villa Bonnie will accommodate a maximum of 4 adults & 1 child under 16yrs.
