Villa Calico is a beautiful, refurbished four bedroom, four bathroom property with a private, heated swimming pool and air-conditioning. This is one of our most popular villas in Tenerife.
The property is located in Callao Salvaje, a quiet resort, in the south of Tenerife. The villa is a 5-10 minute walk to the main area of hotels, banks, shops and supermarkets etc. The resort also has a selection of bars with plenty of entertainment and is well known for some exquisite restaurants. The beach itself is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling etc. The upmarket Abama and Adeje golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away. There is also a nearby tennis club. Callao Salvaje is just a 15 minute drive from the busier resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Callao Salvaje is the ideal location for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location with easy access to some of the islands busiest resorts.
The private, heated swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace that has been equipped with sunloungers and a poolside shower. The pool has Roman style steps for easy access and underwater lighting. For those who enjoy al-fresco dining there is patio furniture, an area shaded by an attractive wrought iron pergola and a large BBQ.

Villa Calico is just one of our 4 bedroomed villas in Tenerife. This lovely, detached villa has recently been furnished to a high standard throughout and has stunning views of the sea. The villa is entered on the first floor where there is a cloakroom, a kitchen, a lounge and dining area and a staircase that leads down to the lower level.
The independent marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a sandwich maker. The comfortable lounge has sofas to seat eight guests, a Satellite TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus two sports channels, a DVD and video player, a Hi-Fi and a dining area. Both the lounge and the dining area have patio doors leading to furnished terraces with stunning sea views.
On the ground floor, all four bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, en-suite showers and patio doors that lead diectly onto the pool terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite shower room and patio doors that lead out to the pool terrace whilst the fourth bedroom has twin beds and use of the villa's family bathroom. The villa also provides a safe and a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
