One of our most requested villas in Tenerife, Villa Eucalyptus is a beautiful, spacious property that has been furnished to a high standard throughout. The villa is situated in a quiet residential road in the resort of Callao Salvaje just a 5-10 minute walk from the main area of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, internet cafes and bars. The beach is an 8 minute stroll from the villa and is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling. There is also a new sports complex within a 5 minute walk of the villa, which provides tennis, squash, volleyball and basketball plus a gym and health and fitness club. Callao Salvaje does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment but for those wishing to travel further afield, the busier resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a 10 minute drive away. Callao Salvaje is the ideal setting for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location, excellent facilities and easy access to some of the islands busiest resorts.
Villa Eucalyptus provides a wonderful outdoor living area to enable guests to make the most of the Tenerife weather both during the daytime and into the evening. The focal point is a large, swimming pool that measures 12m x 5m and which is surrounded by a lovely sunbathing terrace that has been generously furnished with several sets of patio furniture and sunloungers. The pool has Roman style steps and has been tiled to a high standard. It also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property during the evening when guests can make the most of an outstanding roofed bar area complete with a fridge and a BBQ for al-fresco dining. There is also a pool shower & cloakroom. The pool and terrace is totally private and is not overlooked.

This fabulous villa is beautifully furnished and presented throughout. The property provides a separate, fully fitted kitchen which includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a sandwich maker. The comfortable lounge has a 40 inch plasma TV with BB1, BBC 2, ITV, C4, C5, movie and sports channel, a DVD player, a Hi-fi and a video player. The dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat 8 guests and both the lounge and dining area have ceiling fans and French doors that lead out to a large balcony that provides, sunloungers and patio furniture and which overlooks the pool and terrace. The large, master bedroom has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and walk-in shower and French doors that lead out to a private, furnished balcony which overlooks the pool. The other 2 bedrooms have double beds and large wardrobe space. These two bedrooms share a large family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for guests additional comfort and the villa is fitted with a safe. Please note that the villas rooms are all located on the floor above pool level. The rooms on the ground floor are unused. This is undoubtedly one of our most popular villas in Tenerife. Villa Eucalyptus sleeps up to 8 people.
