3 and 6 bedroomed villa with private pool
Villa Flores sleeps up to 13 people.

Villa Flores is a beautiful, spacious villa that has been furnished to a good standard throughout. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms and there is a further self-contained 3 bedroomed apartment on the lower level.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area in the resort of Callao Salvaje just a 5-10 minute walk from the main area of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, internet cafes and bars. The beach is a 10 minute stroll from the villa and is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling. There is also a new sports complex within a 10 minute walk of the villa, which provides tennis, squash, volleyball and basketball plus a gym and health and fitness club. Callao Salvaje does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment but for those wishing to travel further afield, the busier resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a 10 minute drive away. Callao Salvaje is the ideal setting for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location, excellent facilities and easy access to some of the islands busier resorts.

The villa has a lovely private pool and surrounding sunbathing terraces that have been generously furnished with sunloungers and parasols. The swimming pool, which is heated during the winter months measures 8m x 4.5m. The front terrace offers further outdoor living space and a BBQ and a seating area for 12 guests. This provides the perfect location for al-fresco dining.

Villa Flores consists of the main villa which offers 3 bedrooms and an optional 3 bedroomed apartment on the lower level. The main villa which is all on one level provides a good sized kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a separate dining room and a lounge with three sofas, a large screen TV with English channels, a DVD Player, a music system and patio doors leading onto the front pool terrace. The master bedrom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a safe, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobes and free standing fans. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. There are electric sun shutters throught the villa and ironing facilities are also provided. The optional 3 bedroomed lower level apartment is accessed via the terrace and provides two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom all with ceiling fans and wardrobes, a shower room, an open-plan kitchen and a lounge with two leather settees and a large plasma screen TV with a Sky Satellite system. There is also a washing machine and a safe. The apartment exterior has a terrace with a patio dining table and chairs. Please note that if the villa is rented as 3 bedroomed property, the separate apartment will not be rented to other guests.
