Villa Harnham is a fabulous holiday villa with a private heated pool and a wonderful outdoor living space. The villa is situated on the beautiful west coast of Tenerife, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Callao Salvaje, which offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and other facilities. The local beach is just a 5 minute walk away and the lovely beaches of Bahia Del Duque are a 10 minute drive away. Pretty villages like La Caleta or Playa San Juan can be reached within a 10 minute drive and offer visitors the opportunity to experience local traditions and food. The villa is also close to 3 golf courses, the Siam Theme park and the waterpark. Callao Salvaje is the ideal setting for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location, excellent facilities and easy access to some of the islands busiest resorts.
The property has gated access and is surrounded by high walls to ensure guest privacy.
Villa Harnham's outside living area is particularly spacious and provides a large heated swimming pool (9m x 4m). The mosaic tiled pool has Roman style steps, underwater lights and an underwater seating area. An outdoor shower serves the pool area and there is also a large terrace fully furnished with comfortable sunloungers and chairs. Evenings at Villa Harnham are perfect with a chill out area with sofas and an al-fresco dining area complete with a dining table and chairs and a BBQ.
This is undoubtedly one of the best villas in Tenerife.

Villa Harnham is one of our privately owned villas in Tenerife. It is extremely spacious, light and airy and provides superb living accommodation both internally and externally.
The property has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower
and a Jacuzzi, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower enclosure and a twin bedroom and a further double bedroom which share a family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace areas.
There is also a separate cloakroom. The kitchen is newly fitted and has granite work surfaces and a breakfast bar. It is equipped with a large American fridge/freezer, an oven, a touch sensitive hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster and a kettle. The living room is spacious and comfortable with an open plan design and views out to the pool area. It has a dining table for 8 guests, a corner sofa and arm chairs, a Satellite LCD TV with UK channels, a DVD player and a CD player. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities and a second fridge for additional food and drink storage, a safe, a cot and a wide selection of DVDs and books for guests use.
