LOCATION
This single storey villa is set in its own grounds on the Sueno Azul development. Sueño Azul is a quiet residential area located in the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. The villa is a 5-10 minute walk to the main area of hotels, banks, shops and supermarkets etc. The resort also has a selection of bars with plenty of entertainment and is well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The beach itself is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling etc. The upmarket Abama and Adeje golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away. There is also a nearby tennis club. Callao Salvaje is the ideal setting for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location, excellent facilities and easy access to some of the islands busiest resorts.

EXTERNAL
The villa offers a lovely private, electrically heated swimming pool (heating supplement during summer months) set on a large private terrace with a shower, patio furnishings, sun loungers and a portable BBQ. INTERNAL
Well appointed throughout, this single storey property is one of our more spacious villas in Tenerife. The living accommodation includes an open plan lounge with a Satellite TV, CD system, DVD player, ceiling fan and dining area. There is a breakfast bar separating the lounge from the American style kitchen which is very well equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and a microwave oven.
Villa Jamie provides one master, double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead out onto the pool area, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom with an additional pull out bed and a second bathroom with a shower.
The property also provides a washing machine, portable fans, hairdryers and ironing facilities for guests use.
