Villa Leanne is one of our most attractive villas in Tenerife. It is a large detached property, situated in the popular, coastal resort of Callao Salvaje, just a 15 minute drive from Playa de las Americas. The villa is just a short walk from the resort centre which has a good selection of shops, supermarkets and bars with plenty of entertainment. The area is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The beach, which is within walking distance, is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling etc. Callao Salvaje is the ideal setting for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location, excellent facilities and easy access to some of the islands busier resorts. The upmarket Abama and Adeje golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away. The villa has its own delightful, private swimming pool (6.5m x 4m) which is heated between November to April and surrounded by a tiled sunbathing terrace which is decorated with pots of colourful flowers. There are large wooden sun loungers which are ideal for relaxing in the sun and for those who prefer the shade, the villa provides parasols and a covered terrace. The pool area also features an open poolside shower. The villas main terrace is delighfully furnished and there is a large, built-in barbeque so that guests can enjoy al-fresco lunches or relaxing dinners during the warm, balmy evenings.
