Villa Oceano is one of our most delightful villas in Tenerife and enjoys superb sea views. This detached, single storey property is situated in a quiet residential area of Callao Salvaje, a peaceful resort in the south of Tenerife. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the main area of hotels, banks, shops and supermarkets etc. The resort also has a selection of bars with plenty of entertainment and is well known for some exquisite restaurants. The beach itself is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling etc. The upmarket Abama and Adeje golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away. There is also a nearby tennis club. Callao Salvaje is just a 15 minute drive from the busier resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Callao Salvaje is one of the most popular resorts for villas in Tenerife.
Villa Oceano has its own private pool surrounded by a spacious, tiled sunbathing area which is equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ.

One of our most popular villas in Tenerife, Oceano consists of:
One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board and a breakfast bar with stools and a lounge with a dining area, plus a TV, DVD, CD system and a ceiling fan. Both of the villas bathrooms were refurbished during February 2009.
Maid sevice is weekly with a weekly linen and towel change. Villa Oceano sleeps up to 6 people.

Car hire is not necessary at this property.
