Villa Zara is one of our detached villas in Tenerife, which has been recently refurbished to a high standard throughout.
The property is situated in a quiet residential area of Callao Salvaje, a peaceful resort in the south of Tenerife. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, banks, shops and supermarkets etc. Callao Salvaje is one of the most popular resorts for villas in Tenerife. The resort has a good selection of bars with plenty of entertainment and is well known for some exquisite restaurants. The beach itself is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling etc. The upmarket Abama and Adeje golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away. There is also a nearby tennis club. Callao Salvaje is just a 15 minute drive from the busier resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.
Villa Zara boasts a large private, heated swimming pool that is surrounded by a spacious terrace. This area is generously furnished with patio furniture and sunloungers with mattresses. There is also a stylish roofed bar with a fridge and a BBQ area that enables guests to make the most of outdoor entertainment and al-fresco dining. There are splendid views of the mountains from the terrace and pool area.

Villa Zara is one of our detached villas in Tenerife that has recently been refurbished to a high standard throughout. Internally the property is built on one level and includes a new rustic style kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a host of other kitchen accessories. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities. The comfortable lounge/diner seats six guests and has a TV with BBC 1&2, ITV, Channel 4&5, a DVD player, Hi-Fi and a video player. The main bedroom consists of a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom. A second double bedroom has patio doors that lead out onto the terrace. The remaining two bedrooms both have twin beds and each of the four bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are also two further bathrooms. A safe is provided for guest use and off street parking is available for those who wish to hire a car. This property be rented as either a 3 or 4 bedroomed property and is one of our more spacious villas in Tenerife. Villa Zara sleeps up to 9 people.
