This lovely 3 bedroom villa is on the popular Sueño Azul development in Callao Salvaje. The villa is well furnished throughout and has its own private, heated swimming pool.

LOCATION
Sueño Azul is a quiet residential area located in the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. Villa Zoe is within a 5 minute walk of the main area of restaurants, shops and supermarkets etc. The resort also has a selection of bars with plenty of entertainment and is well known for some exquisite restaurants. The beach itself is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling etc. Callao Salvaje is the ideal setting for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location, excellent facilities and with easy access to some of the islands busiest resorts. The Abama and Adeje golf courses are only a ten minute drive away and the busy resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

EXTERNAL
In the villa's grounds is a lovely swimming pool which can be heated for guest's additional comfort. A small charge applies if guests require pool heating during the summer months. The pool has Roman Style steps for easy access and there is also a tiled sun terrace which is furnished with sunloungers. INTERNAL
One of our privately owned villas in Tenerife, this single storey, detached villa has recently been refurbished. The property comprises of a large lounge/dining room with a Satellite TV, a CD player, a DVD player, new leather settees, a ceiling fan and patio doors that open out onto the terrace and an American style fitted kitchen that has been generously equipped for self-catering and which includes an hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with a double bed, a ceiling fan, patio doors and a fully refurbished en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms both with ceiling fans. There is also a shower room and the villa provides a washing machine.
