LOCATION
Villas Reena and Samantha are large detached villas in Tenerife, situated next door to one another in the tranquil coastal resort of Callao Salvaje. Nestled in a residential area, the properties offer a peaceful setting with easy access to the resort facilities of Callao Salvaje, just a short walk from the resort centre which has a good selection of shops, supermarkets and bars with plenty of entertainment. The area is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The beach, which is within walking distance, is half sand and half pebble with a small jetty that is ideal for fishing and snorkelling etc. Callao Salvaje is the ideal setting for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location, excellent facilities and easy access to the rest of the island. The upmarket Abama and Adeje golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away.

EXTERNAL
Each villa has its own large, Roman style, private swimming pool measuring 6m x 4m (heated Nov - Apr) and a tiled sunbathing terrace. For guest's convenience the terrace is generously equipped with patio furniture and large wooden sun loungers which are ideal for relaxing in the sun. The pool area also features an open poolside shower and there is a large, built-in barbeque so that guests can enjoy al-fresco dining.

INTERNAL
Both of these villas in Tenerife are beautifully appointed throughout and offer a real ‘home from home’ feel. The properties are single storey and offer a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining area with steps down to an attractive lounge offering air-conditioning, a CD Player, DVD Player, Ipod docking station, Satellite TV and patio doors that open out onto the pool area, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (in Villa Samantha this bathroom also offers a shower unit), a twin bedroom and a shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Reena and Samantha are two of very few villas in Tenerife that offer air-conditioning. Both villas have garage parking.
