This stunning detached villa sleeps up to 10 guests and is situated in a quiet residential area of Chayofa. Chayofa is very popular with visitors as although it enjoys a peaceful setting it is only a 10 minute drive from the busier resorts of Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristianos, where you will find an abundance of beaches, shops, restaurants and bars etc. Within a 5 minute walk of the villa is a local supermarket, 3 bar/restaurants and a tennis club. The small town of La Camilla is 1km from Villa Quatro where you will find larger supermarkets and a selection of typical Canarian bars and restaurants.
The villa is an excellent choice for those who enjoy al-fresco dining and making the most of Tenerife's excellent climate as it has an undercover seating area, a large, brick built Canarian BBQ and a small outdoor kitchen. The swimming pool area has an outside shower, sunbeds for 8 guests plus a generous selection of patio furniture and sun shades. The kidney shaped swimming pool is heated from November to April and measures approximately 10m x 5m. It has Roman style steps for easy access and is fully tiled. The villa is enhanced by pretty Canarian gardens and outdoor lighting.

Villa Quatro is entered at ground level via a fabulous hallway with a stylish wooden staircase which leads up to the first floor. The ground level provides a lounge/diner with a typical Canarian fireplace, a small dining table and chairs, two sofas, a large TV with English and German channels, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi system and patio doors that lead out to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes granite worktops, an oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Also located on this level is a double bedroom and a cloakroom. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms; Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both the bedroom and the en-suite have their own balconies with views over the pool terrace and sea. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a large dressing area plus an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. When the villa is occupied by 9 people or more the villa's studio annex will be made available, which is entered via the pool terrace. This section of the villa has twin beds, a small kitchen area with its own fridge and an electric hob and a large bathroom. This villa also provides private parking, a washing machine and ironing facilities.
