Villa Halsall is a lovely three bedroomed property with its own swimming pool. The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and is one of very few villas in Tenerife that has the added benefit of air conditioning (additional charge).
The property is situated in a popular area of Fanabe, within easy reach of the local shops, bars, restaurants and a cinema. There is also a Spanish Cafe/Bar and a small supermarket on the same avenue as the villa. Whilst well located for all of the resort facilities, Villa Halsall remains a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Costa Adeje is the perfect choice for villas in Tenerife if you are looking for a convenient location with easy access to good facilities and excellent beaches.
The villas swimming pool can be heated if required (additional charge) and is fully furnished with sunbeds so that guests can make the most of the wonderful year round weather in Tenerife. There is also a BBQ and al-fresco dining area around the pool. The pool area has a particularly sunny aspect and is therefore ideal for sun worshippers.

Villa Halsall is one of our privately owned villas in Tenerife. The villa has a spacious entrance hall, from where there is access to the kitchen, lounge, a cloakroom and stairs leading to the first floor and the basement garage. The lounge area is spacious and very well equipped with leather settees, a flat screen, plasma TV with English speaking channels, a DVD player, a selection of DVD’s and a radio. From the lounge guests have access to the swimming pool and terraces. The large kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, coffee maker and kettle etc. A balcony with lovely views of the mountains leads off from the kitchen. On the first floor guests will find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and patio doors that open on to a balcony that overlooks the pool and out to sea.
The second bedroom has a double bed, a ceiling fan and patio doors leading on to a balcony that has mountain views. The third bedroom has twin beds, a ceiling fan and a balcony with mountain views. For guest's additional comfort each of the bedrooms has air conditioning (extra charge if required). There is also a family shower room.
Villa Halsall sleeps up to 8 people.
One of very few villas in Tenerife with the added benefit of air conditioning and an excellent location within Fanabe.
Car hire is recommended at this property.
