Villa Molly is a beautiful villa situated in one of the most sought after locations for villas in Tenerife on the prestigious Costa Adeje Golf Course. This linked villa overlooks the golf course and out to sea towards the island of Gomera. Villa Molly is only a few minutes drive from the pretty, fishing village of La Caleta with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute drive from the busy resort of Playa de las Americas. Villa Molly has its own private swimming pool which is surrounded by a tiled sunbathing terrace. For your convenience the terrace is equipped with patio furniture, sunloungers, a poolside shower and a built-in BBQ. There is also a upper terrace overlooking the pool area. This is accessed from one of the upstairs bedrooms and provides the ideal location to relax with a refreshing drink whilst enjoying the magnificent views.

Villa Molly is an excellent choice from our portfolio of villas in Tenerife. Inside, the villa has been furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipped throughout. On the ground level is an American style kitchen with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a dishwasher, a cloakroom and a large open plan lounge with a dining area, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD/radio and patio doors that lead out to the pool and patio area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom whilst the other bedroom has twin beds. There is also a shower room on this level. Both of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and a balcony. There is also the added benefit of a rooftop terrace, a garage and a utility room with a washing machine.
