LOCATION
Villa Timothy is one of our largest villas in Tenerife. It is a detatched, fully refurbished property situated in the quiet residential area of Oroteanda Bajo. Despite its peaceful location, the property is only a 5 minute drive from the typically Canarian fishing village of La Galletas and a 15 minute drive from the busier resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas. There are local Canarian supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 15 minute walk of Villa Timothy. The nearest beach is at Las Galletas where visitors can enjoy a variety of water sports including sailing, diving, fishing and snorkelling. Villa Timothy occupies the ideal setting for villas in Tenerife due to its quiet location but with easy access to some of the islands busiest resorts and best beaches.

EXTERNAL
Due to its semi-rural location the villa provides stunning views that can be enjoyed from the terraces and pool area. The large 12m x 4m heated swimming pool features Roman style steps for easy access and the villas terraces are generously furnished with sunloungers and several sets of patio furniture. The terraces also provide a Jacuzzi, a large BBQ for al-fresco dining, a full size pool table, table tennis and darts.

INTERNAL
Villa Timothy is built on one level and is wheelchair friendly. It is one of very few villas in Tenerife with air-conditioning. The large lounge has a 47" plasma TV, a DVD and video player, a Hi-Fi unit and complimentary WI-FI. There are also has patio doors that lead out to a veranda style terrace with several sets of comfortable patio furniture. The large, open plan, modern kitchen has an American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Off the kitchen is the dining area, which has seating for 6 guests. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for a further 3 guests. There are five large bedrooms. Bedroom one, which is accessed via bedroom five, has a king size bed, a double sofa bed, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has a king size bed, a single bed, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has a king size bed, a TV and DVD player, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and a ceiling fan. The fifth bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a family shower room. All of the bedrooms, with the exception of the twin bedded room, have patio doors that lead out onto a terrace or veranda. Please note that the facility of air-conditioning is available at an additional charge.
